Easy to assemble. There are only 4 bolts to install: two for the wheels and two holding the frame to the body. Don't over-tighten the wheel bolts or they won't spin easily. It comes with the allen wrench and open ended wrench that you need to assemble it.The manual is printed on some rather brown recycled paper. It makes it a bit harder to read and the pictures don't come through well. The text is well written and easy to follow.Lots of safety feature built in.
