I just bought a home and am in the process of renovating the bathroom. Decided that I can't afford all complex and expensive built in massage systems but wanted something with sprayers, rain head and the hand held. This item had all the features and it looked pretty decent on the pictures so I decided to give it a try. Came within a week, packaged securely.
