MoJack MJ-PRO
Bought MoJack Pro from Amazon.com. Found it had a problem, one of the lift arms that holds the wheel pods had holes drilled out of alignment and prevented attaching push pin from passing through. Instruction manual advises to register your unit, so I did,right after assembly. On-line registration; has a comment section box you can advise them of anyting,also same at end of following survey. I reported in both comment box the lift arm problem. Next morning I had email from the companey who related that my part problem was being forwarded to warehouse manager. Later that afternoon I recieved a phone call from warehouse manager to confirm problem and part needed and if there was anying else that ...
