Similar to what other reviewers experineced, the bench came in a card board box with no packing materials at all. There was significant damage to the top of the box as if it had received a rough shipment, but the bench itself seemed undamaged so I accepted it and considered myself fortunate. After only two and a half months of light usage, the rear legs have become detached from the bottom shelf and the unit can no longer safely be sat on. Contacted customer service and they won't replace or repair after 30 days. I'm left to try and repair an obviously defective item on my own. Given the shoddy way the unit is shipped ...
